Model numbers can be made up of numbers (1005400, for example) or a combination of letters and numbers (LAT1000AAE). The model number will most likely appear on either a paper sticker or a metal plate. Your appliance's model number tag may look similar to the sample model number tags shown here (model number highlighted in yellow):
This plastic shelf support, or shelf stud connects the shelf to your refrigerator. To replace the shelf support first remove the shelves and drawers from your refrigerator, then remove the damaged or faulty stud before installing the new one. How many of "part select # ps1020256, manufacturer part # wr02x12187" [short, white, plastic cylinder wall-mounted supports for bottom shelf: Two on each side of refrig., held in place by screw] come per pkg? Do they come four per pkg., or two, or one? I need only two of these supports [but no screws]. Thank you.

I need the part that is behind the shelves and the defrost fan. Its a sheet metal piece that houses the drain tube and mine has rusted badly allowing water to enter the fridge and seep down to the bottom. It looks like a shelf of some sort about 6" inches long. Thank you for checking.
