Perfect replacement
Replacement fit perfectly. Only complaint is that some of the bits like humidifier slide tab and small wheels are not included, so these need to be saved from the old frame or ordered when one orders the frame. The parts diagrams are pretty cryptic and help little in determining what exactly might be needed for a repair.

Easy install
Didn't need a new glass or the small slider for humidity.. You need to reuse the slider and two rollers...easy.
Watched a YouTube video on how to change the slider.

part was ok
the frame was the right part but not the identical part as my refrigerator. there was a level to control the air in and out that was not there. I kept the frame as it would not of been cost effective to return.

How do you remove part # ps285054 from refrigerator shelf part # ps111766703. I have purchased a new shelf but need to use the old humidity control slide and don't see how to remove it without breaking something. Thanks
Hi Brian,
Thank you for your question. There is a video on our website that you can reference on how to install the slide control. The refrigerator and shelf in the video may not show exactly like the ones you have, but it will give you a general idea on how to install the part. You will find the video under part number PS11756423. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

For model number PSHF6TGXCDWW

How do you remove the humidity control slide piece from the old shelf pan and install on the new one?
Hello Brian, thank you for your question. There might be a gasket on underside of the front of the frame. If there is, it can be removed and the humidity control should be able to be pushed through the frame and re-installed into the new frame. I hope this helps!
