Drawer was difficult to disassemble
Needed 2 people, 1 holds sides of plastic locking mechanism with screwdivers pushing 1 way while other person pushes other tab opposite way. Eventually able to pop out broken drawer from rails and put in new one, but was worried about breaking tabs on new drawer ..

How do you remove the old drawer to replace with a new on
Hello Robert , Thank you for the question. Once the drawer is pulled out all of the way, tilt it upwards to "unhook" the back corners to remove the drawer from the shelf. Once removed, the new one slides into place. We hope this helps!

I received the drawer I ordered from you (Drawer 297292302). However, I’m not sure how I should detach the old one from the rails to reattach the new one. I’m afraid it will break those little plastic tabs. If I squeeze them together to get them off of the drawer. I cannot find installation instructions anywhere.

I need to replace the white part of the Cool Drawer. Can I just order that part or do I have to replace the entire drawer? The part number on the white part is 2972921.
