Leaking water dispenser
It was very simple. Pull the fridge back (unplug and turn off water), remove the cardboard backing and disconnect/unhook the current water valve and reverse the process to connect the new.

Water overflowing & freezing in freezer
Followed instructions others posted. No need to cut any water lines, just push the white collar on the new valve, pull out line and do the same to install lines. Only issue was inlet line leaked after initial installation. It was leaking above the connection, so teflon tape wasn't the answer. Answer was to hold the line in exactly the routing place it was before removing.
It took a few days for ice machine to return to normal (as in making ice in quantity), but works like a champ now.

Refrigerator making lots of noise in freezer
Since the mechanisms were in the freezer icemaker area, we deduced it was the fan motor. Ordered that from your store and it was delivered to our door in two days. Great service.
The part was replaced and our refrigerator has been quiet for the first time since we moved in almost four years ago and the refrigerator was new.

Water leaking from water valve
Unplugged fridge, and turned off water supply. Removed cover from back of fridge, followed the plastic tube down to water valve.
I unbolted the mount holding water valve in place, removed the input tubing on top by unscrewing nut. I made a note of which outbound plastic tubing went to water dispenser, and which one went to icemaker, and which side of the water valve they plugged into, and then cut the tubing very close to the old valve.
I slid the tubing into the new water valve, and I felt it lock into place, very easy. Attached the input water line and tightened the nut.
Reattached the water valve mount to the body of the fridge, replaced cover, turned water valve back on and checked for leaks (there were none).
Plugged in fridge, tested dispenser, everything worked just fine. No leaks.

Water would not come out of front of refrig. I maker worked fine.
Removed back panel. Cut the water lines and replaced the double outlet water valve. The only issue was the long period of time until the water flowed from the outlet. Be prepared to wait, it will take some time for the water to flow.

I had no water being dispensed from the door, but had ice!
After confirming that a frozen water line was not my issue, I confidently bought this item and installed it within minutes after receiving it! It is easy to install - just close the connection to your refrigerator, open the rear lower panel, disconnect the water tubings and electrical connectors. Reverse that - you have the installation. Plug the refrigerator back on, turn the water back on for the refrigerator - and observe for any leaks. If no leaks - try dispensing water. Working great for me! My refrigerator's model is a GE, model # zfsb26dnass.
