My washer is constantly draining, no lights on control panel are on and all it does is constantly drain even when it’s not in use.
For model number WTW4850HW3
Hi Anderson, thank you for your inquiry. Make sure the drain hose is not kinked, clogged, or blocked. Straighten the hose and check for any blockages. Check the drain pump filter for any debris or blockages. Clean the filter if necessary. If this does not help, you will need to replace the drain pump, part number PS11770076, to fix the issue. Glad to be of help!

Noise, grinding sounds. Wash tub stopped turning but motor and cycles kept functioning. Process of elimination, must be the clutch assembly.
Easy, just followed the repair video. Recommend also ordering the drive belt. Bought one locally during my repair.

Scratches in Surface
This product comes in a bottle with a brush like Liquid Paper. It goes on incredibly easy. A second coat might be needed. I wanted to prevent rust from setting in so I covered the scratches and dings. The paint is a little brighter since my washer is 10 years old but it still looks great.
