No power at unit although good power at wall outlet. Is there an internal fuse or do I need to replace the control modual, part # ps 8729839 ? Please advise

Hello Frank, Thank you for the question. If the Power is going to the appliance, the Control Board PartSelect Number PS8729839 will need to be replaced. This model does not have a separate fuse. We hope this helps.
Dryer doesn’t heat if at all. In addition the setting does not matter. Any advise would be helpful. Thank you.

Thank you for your question. If the dryer is not heating, we recommend checking the heating element and the high limit thermostat. To check these parts, you will need to test them for continuity with a multimeter on the Rx1 setting. Before removing and checking these parts, unplug the dryer from the electrical outlet. When checking the heating element, visually inspect it for signs of damage or burning. If there are no signs of damage, test it with the multimeter. If you receive a reading of infinity, you will need to replace the heating element. When testing the high limit thermostat, you should receive a reading of zero or infinity. If you get any other reading, you will need to replace the high limit thermostat. We hope this helps!
The repair was simple. I removed the front door, hinges, front metal panel, door rubber seal, top control panel, and rear panel of machine. Removed the existing drain pump and replaced with a new one. Removed both existing shocks and installed new ones, Reassembled the machine and everything worked just perfectly.
