I'm getting a really bad smell from my refrigerator. I've cleaned the inside freezer and refrigerator as well. I put baking soda powder in the freezer and refrigerator. What else can I do to eliminate the smell?
For model number WRT348FMES00
Hi Reggie, thank you for reaching out. We suggest checking the door gaskets; odors and mold often hide in the deep folds of the rubber door seals. Scrub them with a toothbrush and warm, soapy water. Also, check the drain pan, located at the bottom or back of the unit near the compressor, which collects defrost water. If it contains stagnant water or mold, it will smell even if the inside is spotless. Carefully remove and scrub it with hot, soapy water or diluted bleach. We hope this information helps!

My freezer stopped freezing, this unit I bought new from home depot in 2019 . I’ve tried cleaning and resetting temps.. still not freezing. It’s cold but nothing is frozen. I utubed this unit for fixes.. possibly/ probably the capacitor? Can I fix it myself.. can o order the part here.
For model number WRT348FMES00
Hello Katrina, thank you for getting in touch. Check the defrost drain tube for blockages or kinks. A clogged drain tube can cause water to accumulate at the bottom of the freezer, leading to ice buildup. Clear the drain tube. Ensure the freezer door is closing properly, and the seal is not damaged. A faulty evaporator fan motor, part number PS11740359, can prevent air from circulating properly, leading to higher temperatures. Check the temperature sensor, part number PS11753996, if this is faulty it will not allow the freezer to freeze. It will not detect or send the right temperature to the control board. We hope this helps.

Ice Maker quit working, I could manually cycle unit but then the water would overflow when unit was re-filling.
I backed out the 2 top screws about a quarter inch and then removed bottem screw with a quater inch nut driver. I then lifted Ice Maker clear of the two top screws and lowered it enough to unclip the power connection with a small screwdriver. The new Ice Maker was wired correctley for my refrigeator so all I had to do wea reconnect the

No Ice in the Ice Maker
I am NOT a handyman, and my family laughed at me when I said I was going to fix the ice maker all by myself. I ordered a replacement ice maker. When it arrived, I opened the box and read the instructions. It seemed easy. I removed the old ice maker, with a socket set. I then took off the shut off lever from the old one and placed it

on the new one, since the new one didn't come with it. I then put the new one in place. All the parts fit perfectly. The ice machine was making ice within an hour. My family was amazed... and I got the last laugh!

Evaporator Fan failure
The reason I repaired it myself was because the repairman that diagnosed the problem.didn't come back in two weeks. The evaporator fan sits behind a vented wall in the freezer and directs cold air into freezer and refrigerator.I removed the ice make assembly first and then the freezer wall held in place by two sheet metal nuts. Then remov
