WRT311FZDZ05 Whirlpool Refrigerator - Instructions

Remove back side cardboard access cover. About 6 dcrews need to be removed. Remove 9/16” bolt and lower compressor tray frame down to slide out wheel axel. Place wheel in slot and replace axel. Lift compressor tray and replace 9/16” bolt. Replace cardboard cover. Remove 2x4.

We took out the shelf, the new track snapped in place easily.

First, made sure new fan worked then Placed back in bracket with bushings-only goes in one way, pushed fan back on. screwed bracket to back of freezer and ran the wires to their original place, plugged in the two plugs, put the back piece up attaching ground and pulling ice maker plug thru, screwed back on. Plugged in ice maker, mounted ice maker on freezer wall. Plugged it in. Exact reversal of how it was removed. Not a lot parts to get confused.

1)Removed the drawer
2) used a 8mm nut driver to unscrew the 2 mounting bolt.
3) clean /disinfect the bottom layer of the refrigerator
4) mount the track and installed the 2 #8 hex head mounting screw
5) slide back the drawer

Remove the food from the shelf above the drawer.
Slide the old drawer out and replace it with the new one.
Very easy fix.

This job was extremely easy, snap on.

Got just what was needed. Fit perfectly. Easy to install all set to use.
took old out and popped new in on the brackets...easy

Took the refrigerator shelf out. Slid the broken part off the rim on the shelf. Placed the new one on the rim. Remplced the shelf in the refrigerator. Done!

Noticed the evaporator fan not spinning but would spin with a finger jump start. After looking up the part on the PartSelect liner parts diagram I found the installation video that really helped. After installing the fan it tested out fantastic. The fan was blowing air 10 times more than the old one. Refrigerator works great on the original econo setting.

My son said it was easy to put in the motor I didn’t need the fan my fan was in good shape yet thank you so much for everything

Using a screwdriver

****Make are you order Capacitor & Starter relay too (we ordered separtely so had to pay shipping twice)**** Super easy just open access panel on back near compressor and remove retention clip with fingers, remove & replace both capacitor & starter, put clip and access panel back on, plug in and allow 8 hours to cool! Works like new again! Hope it goes another 10 years

Removed shelf, removed shelf frame and installed new one.
