Followed instruction from you tube. Removed gasket holder, then gasket by door switch assembly then replaced with new assembly! I am a 63 woman and found this easy to do, with help from you tube guy.
After reading thru previously posts by other people, I started: 1) Took pictures of inside door, the hook that involve with the handle and the hinge. So they would be very helpful as needed later. 2) Removed the whole door from the combo and lied it down, 3) Disassembled the door and took a few more pictures, 4) Replaced the handle, 5) Took a look at the picture of the hook in (1) then jammed the hole with a piece of card board that cut to fit the hole. Used tape to secure the card board. Made sure the hook was secured/tighten. (This step is very important because it will make the spring works with the handle properly later!) 6) Reassembled the door, 7) Removed the card board from the hole in step (5). If the hook was tighten as before you start, it will be ok. Meaning the spring was resting properly on the inner door behind the handle (If the hook is not tighten then you have to redo steps (3), (5) and (6) again), and 8) Made sure the handle and the hook were working properly. I think If you follow the steps above it will be easier and faster to replaced the handle!
I took the washer completely apart and ordered any parts that looked worn and put it back together. It’s working like new and will last for a few years
Removed the door by undoing two hex nuts. Then removed the plastic cover over the glass and attached to the metal door frame. Broken part easily came out. But putting back together took two phone calls to you and finally getting the video from you that showed that the tension on the door spring was induced by the attachment of the outer plastic piece. The the spring worked as it should and I could easily return the door to it's place on the machine. I now know how to fix this when it breaks the next time.
Door lock was unable to disengage - couldn't open washer door after cycle. Would cycle constantly through three clicks and be unable to open the door. Eventually had to unplug to get it to stop clicking constantly, and after some careful prying, able to release the door to access the screws we'd n
Watched the easy video instructions on the product page and did the same on our machine - pop off the top, unscrew the plate from the front of the door inset. Its a little challenging to unplug the old lock assembly because it is a tight fit and not enough room for two hands to fit to provide a bit more leverage when pulling the power lines out, but once its out it is easy to install the new one and reattach the strike plate frame and top of the washer. Plugged back in and we were back in business. This $50 part ended up saving us at least $300 in repair fees to get it working again.

You have to take the back plate off the machine.The hose is all the way up front on the bottom right hand side.It has a spring clamp on it.You have to turn the hose to reach the clamp.After that the job isn't that bad.
My husband couldn't fix it. We called our Handiman/repairman. He had a difficult time and took 2 hours. $197.00 charge. This handle does work better than the original.

It's easy, I removed the two bolts that hold the door hinge on, placed the door on a protective surface, removed the screws that hold the cover on, remove the cover, take the old handle and spring out , replace with the new part and reverse the assembly.
The hot water inlet valve was leaking at the seal between the valve and cellinoid.
Some screws, some clamps. Easy and straight forward. unplug machine, turn off water, disconnect water hose, unscrew top of machine (2 philips head screws), disconnect clamp from valve (use a towel for remaining water), disconnect wire, unscrew from place holder, remove entire valve, work backwards from there.
Hardest part was getting the correct part. Due to some glitch somewhere there was a mix up in the database for the correct pump number. This unit has two pumps mounted to the same housing. One is a recirculating pump and one is discharge pump. I ordered the discharge pump and kept receiving the recirculating pump. Discharge pump is LG PART#4681EA2001T and recirculating pump is LG PART #4681EA2002H Once in hand the install went fairly smoothly. Removed top - two screws on back of unit. Removed control panel with one screw on upper right inside corner, associated plugs and snap clips. Removed soap tray and drained water through filter tube. Removed screws in front of filter. Using Vise grips stretched spring from around front seal. Removed screws holding front of washer to top frame (2?)[accessed after soap tray removal]. Pump assembly located in bottom left, removed associated hoses, Marked wired colors on pump housings and removed. Removed assembly. Unscrewed pump, installed new pump and reversed procedure to reassemble. Struggled mostly with replacing spring around front seal. Stretch it as far apart as you can as you "roll" the spring in and then massage the seal to get the spring into correct position. Definitely a doable repair. Good Luck.
