Front plastic decal (eg power/start/cancel) is peeling off on washer & dryer. Need to replace both.

Hello Wendy, Thank you for the question. The Decal is only sold as part of the Control Panel. We are sorry, we looked up the part and it is listed as No Longer Available/Discontinued. There are no part substitutions listed. Our suggestion here would be to call the manufacturer and see if they can provide you with a substitution for these part numbers and contact us back with the updated substitution number. What is f20 error
For model number WFW8300SW01
Hello Joan, Thank you for the question. The error code F20 appears when no water is detected entering the machine or if the pressure switch trip is not detected.I suggest testing the Pressure Switch PartSelect Number PS11749322. If the switch is good you may need a Water Inlet Valve, PartSelect Number PS11746288. Hope this helps!
Recently inherited this washer model with a house I purchased. After each cycle the softener compartment on the dispenser tray is full of liquid, water I am assuming. Is there a known reason for this and how can I fix it?

Hi Alberto, thank you for getting in touch. This issue is mostly cause because of clogging. First, make sure that your dispenser is draining properly, and it is not clogged. Clean out the dispenser and softener compartment, also clean behind it, where it slots into the machine. Pour a cup of water into the softener compartment quickly until it starts to overflow. It should then siphon the water out and if so that means the unit is definitely clean. If the dispenser is clean, then the issue can be with the water inlet valve. We would suggest checking it, the part number is PS11746288. We hope this solves your problem!

If it is fine, then the issue is most probably with the tub bearing. The bearing comes as a part of the outer tub, part number PS1485641. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. F27 code after unbalanced spin. Cannot clear code to unlock door. I do not see any water remaining, looks drained.

Hi Mary, Thank you for reaching out. The "F27" error code indicates an overflow issue. The machine has detected too much water in the drum. This can be caused by excessive suds, a faulty water inlet valve, or pressure switch. We also suggest checking the Pressure Hose for a build up. We hope this solves your problem!
Removed the front panel unplugged The washer drained water out, lift the washer up to un screw the drain pump. Then unhooked the hoses from pump put the other pump in.

... Read moreanything wrong with it, I couldn't find any other likely causes. I shopped around and found PartSelect to be the cheapest for the replacement part. Removal is easy by removing the lower front panel with three small screws on the bottom front, then remove the very top panel and then the top front control panel and finally the door panel. the bellows are actually held in place with a spring loop on the outer and a screw tightener on the inner, both are fairly easy to remove and the bellows comes right off. For installation my best advice is to lube the bellows with a small amount of dishwashing soap in the groove that fits on the washer tub. This will help it slide into place and enables a small amount of sliding fine tuning once it is on. From there it is just a reverse of the removal.
This model is a front-loading washer. The spring loaded retainer for the front of the boot must be removed, then the boot can moved to the side exposing the module. Remove the two screws holding the model, pull the model out, remove the three electrical plugs, then reverse this procedure to install new module.
