The dishwasher wouldn't heat up and I saw the heating element was burned through so I replaced it but it still won't dry the dishes. The water is warm but the dishes are still soaking wet. Should I get a new electrical board.

Hello, my upper rack doesn't spray water. I wonder what would you recommend, please? Thanks,
For model number WDF330PAHS3
Hello Michael, Thank you for the question. If it is just the Spray Arm that attaches to the Upper Rack that is not spraying water, we suggest checking the Holes in the arm to make sure they are not clogged. We also suggest checking the Spray Arm Manifold to make sure it is properly seated in the Feed tube at the back of the tub so it is getting proper water supply. We hope this helps!

When soap is applied, soap is then splattered and finishes cycle with soap visible and dishes are still dirty.
For model number WDF330PAHS3
Hello Mark,
Thank you for writing in. Our research has found: Most likely the detergent dispenser is blocked or the spray arms aren’t circulating water properly, so the soap gets thrown around instead of dissolving and washing the dishes.
Quick checks:
Make sure nothing blocks the detergent door when it opens.
Clean the filter and spray arms (they may be clogged).
Verify hot water ~120°F (49°C) and proper loading.
If those are fine, the likely issue is a weak wash pump or spray arm blockage.
We hope this helps.
