WDF330PAHS3 Whirlpool Dishwasher - Instructions

Step 1: Remove the screws in the bottom of the countertop.

Step 2: Remove the screws holding the bottom kickplate.

Step 3: Loosen leveling legs.

Step 4: Pull dishwasher out of hole.

Step 6: Disconnect wires from bottom of element in back.

I called an experienced plumber, who balanced and installed my new dishwasher properly, using the brackets I ordered from Parts Select, after an INEXPERIENCED plumber had tossed the factory-provided mounting brackets out with the shipping carton. Relief!

My filters had completely clogged up and had not cleaned my filters at all which was a no-no.I had lots of food left on the dishes after running my dishwasher, so I took bothp filters out and replaced them no tools required. I won’t be using powdered or liquid detergent for my dishwasher anymore only pods and promise to clean my filters ... Read more once a month, so hopefully that’ll help keep them clean. unscrewed dishwasher from cabinet ...,moved out slightly....while door closed ...reached with long nosed pliers door spring pulled forward...and allowing white plastic part that fits through sleeve and fit new sleeve over it...pulled spring attaching white plastic part and pushed unit back to cabinet and replaced screws DONE.

I shut off the power to the dishwasher, then I removed the front panel under the door. Replaced the dish rack.

Removed the retaining clips on the front of the rail and removed the old rack.

Removed the spray arm assembly from the old rack.

Assembled the new rack, with the supplied parts from the kit. Using the old rack to know where some parts needed to be placed.

I purchased this misguided by the official response to "Doug" on April 17, 2018, which at the time was labeled as "most helpful". This is NOT the little grommet in the center. This is a big grommet that goes no the supply pump. This is #14 in the diagram. (#15 is actually the clamp that holds it). If you are looking for the little grommet ... Read more that goes on that stem on the central recirculation pump, that part is not available, it only comes fused on the sump, and for replacing the sump you have to disassemble the whole bottom part of the dishwasher, pumps, sensors, valves, hose...even this big grommet. A lot of work, and since you are at it, you might want to replace both grommets. If you need THIS big grommet (#14) only, then it is not so much work, just take out one clamp, one connected cable, and the grommet to replace. But check if your machine has reusable clamps, because if not, you might want to order a new clamp. Good luck!

I watched the instructional videos that showed how to replace the inlet fill hose/water inlet a couple of times. The repair was exactly as shown. No trouble at all.

The circulation pump is a super easy fix and the installation video parts select has on its website is accurate. I felt the most difficult part of the repair was removing the dishwasher from the kitchen counter to make the repairs. After you get the dishwasher out, you pretty much just pop the old pump out with your hands and a flat head ... Read more screwdriver. (The supplied video is spot on ) Installing the new pump will require a pinch plier or a hose clamp. I chose a new hose clamp as it is cheaper and I would never use the pinch pliers after this job.

Removed old gasket. Cleaned the area and let dry. Aligned gasket, pressed into the groove. Corners are tricky, stretch and press to get a tight seal. Follow around appliance. Inital try, small leak. Adjusted seal second use no leak. 10/10 would recommend this part. Super easy self install.

Read more plastic holder.The code that worked for my model was with the door open to push the normal wash button then the high temp button three times as fast as you can within four seconds then close the door. It worked and reset the dishwasher which ran a short cycle then shut down as normal and is now working fine.After doing this select the beverage of your choice and relax. Hope this helps someone.

Make sure you order 2. One on each side

Shut off breaker. Took off front skirt of dishwasher .
Used pliers to loosen the pressure clamp on drain pump , have towel handy as there will be some water. Turn pump to left as you push in on the clip on side of drain pump. It will come out. Use pliers to pinch hose clamp and push hose onto pump release hose clamp. Turn breaker on. Run a cycle and make sure all is tight before putting skirt on front.

Received the new cap and twisted it into place.

I snapped on the new part onto the track. It was that easy! :) Thank goodness the part was available from Part Select!
