How do we access the light bulb on the inside of the oven.
For model number VM9B-8
Hello Ralph, thank you for your question. The light bulb should be accessible from inside the oven. There may be a light cover over it which would turn to be removed. We have an information video at the following link.

Blown Fuse - Ps1750182
Unscrewed the cover of the microwave replaced the blown fuse with the new fuse, plugged in the microwave and tested all functions and everything worked fine. Thx for quick delivery.

The switch on the exhaust fan for the grill part of the stove went bad. I found the part on your site easily , ordered it and got it within 4 days.
I simply looked at the new switch , to see how it fastened in the stove. It had plastic clips that were easily depressed to allow the swithch to be removed. I removed it , (after turning the circuit breaker off to the stove) removed the three wires , and replace them on the new switch and simply pushed it in the space. It snapped in place

no power at all
unscrew microwave's cover,test the fuse which is located at top rear left side, the fuse is inside a plastic tube,if the fuse is burnout,just replace it.
