TFK30PRBAWW General Electric Refrigerator - Instructions

Followed the instructions and replaced the door recess.

Removed ice dispenser trim from bottom-up and then removed control panel by gently pulling up from the bottom. Removed four screws holding dispenser chute and then two screws holing flapper assembly. Replaced gnarly old flapper with a new one and put all removed pieces back together.

The same as the vidio, very easy. Thank you

New part came in few days, worked great, now I have water and ice. Couldn't find part anywhere, this was so nice and made it easy to get and fast. Thank you so much

Took off metal brackett, removed plastic frame and installed new plastic frame.

remove the 'pop-out " frame around the door recess, you pry the flexable seal from around the ice despenser, have someone hold the unit with the wiring, remove the one screw that holds the door recess, and replace the new one. reverse the procedure. remember to unplug thr frig. first

really simple,take 2 nuts loose pull the hose out and then replace.took less than 30 minutes

The flapper on the ice chute was curled up and not creating a good seat, so the chute kept clogging up with frozen condensation, especially during the humid summer months. I followed the instructions on the youtube video on the company web page. I removed the cover by hand, removed the exisitng flapper door and install the new door, easy as pie.

The parts purchased worked perfectly and your write-ups explained what the typical problems are with this water leak that was occurring with our GE refrigerator at the nylon water line for chilled water service. Your description highlighted exactly what the problem was and the parts that I needed to make the repairs. This saved me a plumbing service call. All I had to do was cut off the nylon hose beyond the cracked area, apply the water nylon tube union joining the two hose ends and tighten the coupling at the unit.

used a flat screwdriver to pop off out side cover then remove 6 screws took off plate. Pulled off the flapper and replaced. less the 15 mins and fixed the issue

iremoved 2 screws and replaise handels very easly .
