fours screws for rangetop, two for the switch. The only tricky part was two terminals had swappped places with each other. Looking at the enclosed schematic sent with the switch, a neighbor & I figured out what was wrong. Switched the two leads and done!

The rack came with pictorial instructions which were fairly veg, however they were to the point. The wheels snapped into place easily, and the center water transfer tube twisted off the old one and twisted on the new one just fine. It is a very good idea to keep the old one out to look at as a guide. There were no instructions on how to remove the transfer tube, I was lucky to have already worked on these before. After that it fits and works just peachy.

Slide stove out unplug remove cover on back bottom left 3 screws remove wires from old module and plug into new module could not remove old module I glued new to old replaced cover pluged back in slide stove back in and the burners lit

I ordered a new rack, snapped the stuff together, and slid the old one out and the new one in. Fit beautifully. Piece of cake and much cheaper than a new dishwasher.

Assemblies snap on, no tools needed

Replacement was simple. Old switch was easily removed. Once I swapped the wires from old to new we were in business. One thing I would do differently than the included directions called for. I wish I had waited until I had installed the new switch to set the shaft length. I snapped off one too many sections of the shaft after measuring the original shaft as recommended. If I had installed the replacement switch and then set the shaft length it would have been more accurate. Everything still works but one knob is now slightly lower than the other three.

I broke the correct post from the new cluster of post selections and stuck it on. I had the kit for a couple of weeks before I realized that this was not an electrical problem. It would have been good of you to send only the new plastic post. That kit was intimidating for a 73 year old woman who lives in the country and does most of her own plumbing and other household repairs. The repair took less that one minute.

After too many years of trying to make do with worn out burner bowls, I finally searched on line for Caloric replacement parts. My order arrived THE NEXT DAY(!!!)and make my old range look almost new! They are so shiny and clean, and fit perfectly. I am so pleased, and wish I had ordered from PartSelect years ago! First, unplugged the cooktop from outlet and shut off gas. Then, removed burner assembly then located and removed existing spark module. Installed new spark module kit, reassembled burner assembly and then plugged unit into electricity and turned gas on. Was rewarded when testing burners with an instant ignition.
