One of the knobs on our stove broke apart from years of use.
Dean was very helpful. He looked through the numerous model numbers and found just the correct knob even though the model number was no longer in use. I'll be calling back with another repair problem soon. Thank you very much.

Surface Element switch faulty with no control on heat
Turned power completely off. Removed knob from front panel. Opened range top cover. Removed 3 screws from aluminum panel protector behind the element switch. Once panel is removed you can see the switch element. Remove 2 screws from the front panel that connects to the element switch. Remove the old element and replace with new element making sure that each of the 5 wires on the old element is transferred one by one to the new element. Reverse the process in putting it all together. Turn on the power and walla you've have a new stove. You just save $600 plus.

Oven element caught on fire!!
My husband is an over-the-road driver, so I have to do all of the repairs myself. I went to the breaker box and turned off the power to the range. Then I removed 2 screws, pulled the element out about 3", and disconnected the wires. I then connected the wires to the new element, pushed it back in place, and replaced the screws. We had Parmesan Chicken for dinner and my children were thrilled!

The bake element burned out and the oven wouldn't heat.
First, my son pulled the range out and I unplugged it. Then he removed the 2 screws that hold the element in place. He then pulled the element out about 3 inches and disconnected the wires. Then he placed the new element in the oven, connected the wires and put in the screws back in. It worked immediately!!
