both lights burned out, used for 8 years or more
My daughter hand installed bulbs without a problem, took a minute and used a phillips to reinstall the cover. I shopped on-line because I wasted two hours between Lowe's and Home Depot trying to get the right bulb. I did think your postage was crazy high, otherwise glad to get the right bulbs to solve the problem.

Light bulb replacement
Buying the bulb and doing the replacement my self was the best thing I had done. The same problem happened last year and I had the American Home shield insurance at that time so I called the company and they took three weeks between ordering and replacing the light, they showed me the final bill and it was $240.00....!!! This time I bought the light through partselect, got it within 48 hours and did he replacement myself within 15 min, I followed the instructions on the video and had to do an extra step ( due to the model I have) but I was able to replace the bulb and yooohooo it was working when I reconnect the power... I am a person who never tried to fix any electrical appliance before, but after this experience I will always try to do it myself... Believe me if I can do it and felt it was easy you can do it.... Thank you Partselect.... I can't speak high enough about you

2 bulbs in the lower part of the unit had burned out.
Removal of the bulbs was easy; reinserting was not as easy due to the configuration/placement of the bulbs in the unit. It was interesting that a simple suggestion to keep the bulbs covered with some of the packing material made sense as to not directly handling the bulb itself and causing any contamination of the bulb(s).

Light bulbs had burned out.
I myself had difficulties replacing bulbs, as I have no feelings in my fingers, so I asked my son while holding the bulb in the bubble wrap, He had no problems what so ever.

No power to the microwave
Trouble shot first by removing the digital read out face plate panel, lifting it up and out. Found the thermostat housed on the bottom section (found a picture of what I was looking for). It had two connectors. Removed the connectors and noticed that the one looked burnt/melted that was on the thermostat. Took paper clip, connected it with the wires to bypass the thermostat. Plugged in the microwave and power returned. Yes! Ordered thermostat part and changed it out. The new part didn't have a piece that fit exactly into the floor of the microwave so I just made sure it was secure to the bottom. It is only attached by 1 small screw. Fixed!

No Power to Microwave
Microwave would not turn on--No lights--Nothing worked 1. Removed screws from back and side and pull off microwave cover. Be careful! There HIGH voltage back there due to a large capacitor that stores power. This capacitor is charged up even with Microwave unplugged. I checked the fuse located on top back part of Microwave. A lot of the time this is the problem but this time the fuse was good. I used an Ohm meter to check to see if there was an open circuit in one of the Thermostats. There are two of them in the Microwave. The Thermostats are about the size of a dime. One is located on the top right side and the other is on the top left side. One of them was bad. I ordered a new Thermostat. It arrived in just 2 days. I installed it and the Microwave was repaired and working great.
