Drive cable broken
Remove the front drive cover and disconnect the old from the drive, hook the new drive cable to the drive, and connect new cable back to the handle. Reinstalled the drive cover, started unit, and test that the drive was working correctly.

factory cable stretch after 12 years
easily replaced - existing cable would not completely disengage - new one works great
