Clicking sound like sending Morris code. LEDs flick off every click, too slow to heat surface and all burners affected. More burners = more clicks & less effectiveness. Will a new daughter relay control board fix this or am I chasing a red haring?

Center Burner of a triple element wasn't working
Been procrastinating putting in the new element but decided to do it yesterday even if it meant eating breakfast out. Twenty minutes after starting , breakfast was cooking, at home on the new element. Two screws out, switch wires, snap on retainers, replace two screws and you're done!
