ro system quit putting out water
changed filters and ro cartridge. ro cartridge holder was broken where the brass T screwed into and the flow control and screen needed replaced. Actually I lost the flow control and screen when I disconnected the tube to the fawcett (and drain) I wonder if the control was in the system because I never did find it and it was not in the tubing when I checked it. Anyway, thank you for the parts and was able to do it easily. Thank you.

O-ring on my under-the-sink water filter had broken
I simply replaced the old O-ring; rubbed a bit of petroleum jelly around the seal and rescrewed the filter cannister back in place. It was easy, and worked like a charm!

the drinking water didn't go out from the faucet
first, I cut off water from water supply I take out 3 filter ,clean the sump and put 3 these sump back without filter.
I turn on water from water supply ,the water still don't go out from the faucet,I take off water hose from in line of automatic valve ,the water go out I put this hose back.Next I take off the water hose from out line of automatic valve ,the water didn't go out
--> I know the automatic valve has problem,I take off this valve ,uncrew 4 screw on this valve ,I blow in the in line connector on this valve by my mouth, the air didn't go out I know these 2 line clog from dust ,So, I have to blow these 2 line by air compressor , these line are uncloged from dust ,and the diaphragm broken too, I put the new diaphragm in, screw 4 screw in this valve and hook up water hose and this valve back in system and put 3 filter in 3 sump ,turn on water back and the system work perfect .
Note : YOU need to double check the storage tank.
Please wait 4 hrs for water fill in the tank ,put this tank to the big bucket ,take off the hose to this tank ,If water stream out fast or so fast--> this tank is good.if water didn't stream out --> this tank need to replace the new tank.
I hope you do it your self sucessesful .
