Double oven, both ovens stopped working at the same time, no heat. Front panels light up. I cannot read the diagram to locate a fuse or relay. What is most likely problem? Thanks.

We have researched the model number you have provided and we would recommend checking the following parts to fix your issue: the thermal switch, the temperature sensor, the oven relay board, and the bake and broil elements for both oven. We also recommend checking the wiring for any visible damage. You can test the parts with a multimeter. If you are unfamiliar with how a multimeter functions, we have videos available to assist you. The lights in the top oven does not go off when the door is shut. I replaced the switch but it didn’t help. Any suggestions?

Thank you for your question. If the light is not turning off in the upper oven, the issue may be with either the light socket, part number PS439060, or the wiring connected to it. I pulled my unit out of the wall and noticed that the insulation around the top broiler element was a bit brown. Closer inspection revealed that the element had shorted somehow to the oven itself and caused the element to become non-functional. I ordered from PD and the part arrived just a few days letter by regular shipping. I undid the screws holding in the element, undid the wire connectors and replaced the broken element with the new one. The element worked like a charm and I was back in business for cooking.
