Wheels were falling off lower rack
Suggest purchasing new wheels with the new axles.Original wheels had 4 of the 8 narrower. New wheels, all the same wider width, provides better rolling stability...these re-designed axles are superior to the original. Be sure to attach wheels to axles before installing on lower basket...I checked GE Parts Website..cost was higher and axles shown were the old style.. Lastly, PartSelect ships very fast and correct, as I have found in the past.

Lower rack wheel axle/retainer clip broken
I bought 9 sets of wheels & axles & had them shipped to me. I snapped a wheel on each of the axles, repackaged them and then sent them on to a lady friend 800 miles away to install on the lower rack herself. They're still in shipment to her so I can't say if the approach was a success or not.

dishwasher was leaving very fine grit
To remove the old circulation pump part please note it had a left hand thread that was not clearly identified in the instructions. Check the direction of all threads before trying to disassemble the old parts. ie check the new parts and thread direction to ease disassembly of old unit. Main ring has left hand thread.

replace lower rack wheel that had fallen off and melted
Ordered a replacement wheel along with a new wheel axle (stud roller). Placed the new axle into the new wheel and then simply snapped the new wheel/axle into place onto the lower rack where the broken wheel had previously been. Very easy. If you are ordering a replacement wheel a new axle/stud roller is an absolute must. The part has been redesigned and is a vast improvement over the previous wheels axle resulting in a much sturdier wheel and allows the wheels to roll easier. I plan to order replacement axle/stud rollers for all my lower rack wheels because I have now realized the actual problem which caused my wheel to fall off in the first place was due to the design of the axle. Many thanks to previous reviewers who suggested ordering the additional part.

Wheels kept falling off.
I have been very upset mwith the GE appliance(s) I have because they just keep breaking. If I didnt have a service contract from when we bought them we would have not been able to keep them up. Even the service men say they make things now days to break down. The wheels and axles were not on my service contract because "that part was not stopping the dishwasher from working." I found this web site for the parts and was very happy to find somebody that wasn't ripping me off. Shipping time and repair was very, very satifactory. It works great now. THANK YOU

Dishwasher leaking
I had a small leak from under the dishwasher which turned out to be a tiny hole in the Pump Connector. With the power off I pulled the dishwasher out of the cabinet and disconnected the water and drain lines to give me more room. I put the dishwasher on its back to have access to the pump assembly. A couple of nut drivers and the pump connector is accessible. Replaced the pump connector and over tightened it "Crack"... had to replace the Main Conduit connector ($50). I was able to turn a simple $20 repair into a $70 repair. Now that's talent!

washing machine not draining
First I removed the excess water by using my shop-vac both inside the machine as well as near the bottom drain valve. After cleaning out that valve (which somehow had accumulated a pair of underwear) it was apparent that the drainage pump motor was no working (loud hum, not spinning). Replacement was easy, folowing instructions found everywhere on-line. Now the machine is working perfectly again.

There was a thumping noise when we started the dishwasher
We googled, "thumping noise" when running the dishwasher and one of the possible reasons was the Lower Spray Arm. So, we purchased a new one and replaced it. Problem solved.
