NFTR18X4LS3 Frigidaire Refrigerator - Instructions

I installed door shelf myself. Very easy. My son and grand did the roller repair. This was fairly easy but the reason I had them do it was to tilt the refrigerator over to reach. Needed man power!!

The evaporator coil is behind the freezer. Remove the rack that makes the shelf and remove two 1/4” hex head screws I the back of the freezer to access the coil.
I used a hair dryer to melt the ice off the coil.
The thermostat clips on the refrigeration pipe to the coil. Remove the old thermostat and cut the wires at least a few inches from the thermostat. Clip the new thermostat on the pipe and strip about a 1/4” of the wire ends. The electrical connectors (provided with the new part) must be crimped to connect the wires.

received the part. looked at the directions. popped it on in about 30 seconds. and ty very much

The first order arrived in a huge box and there was no scew to be found, the box had wholes in it. I was given a refund and told to order again.



The repair did not happen and the set screw which was actually recieved the second time was returned because it was the wrong size.

Super easy just snapped new bar in place. Few seconds and the shelf was usable again. Thanks so much for the quick deliver and ease of finding the product I needed. Will return for parts I may need in the future.

replaced it

take 1/4 hex screws out clean out dust ,remove old fan blade replace with new install bolts .

popped the shelves back into the interlocking socket.

I had no problems. Screws arrived sooner than expected. It was a very simple installation. Very pleased with both the product and service.

The kickplate grille is designed to pop right on ... no tools needed.
