The door bracket that is mounted on the frame let loose the screws and plate can’t be found on the parts it’s 16 I’m owners grandfather trying to help her. If I could send a picture it would be easier

Hello Perry, thank you for your inquiry. Based on our research, the error code F0E7 indicates that the load is detected while attempting to run the clean washer cycle. We would recommend resetting the washer by unplugging it for 1 minute and then plugging back in. I replaced the actuator but I didn't replace the motor or the agitator or the pump is it possible that is one of those it's doing the same thing and the code is f7e1

The washer is really loud on the spin cycle. When the drum is being turned by hand it makes a noise. What’s causing it to be very loud?

Hello Brent, thank you for getting in touch. Check the drive transmission or gear case assembly, part number PS16730207. It might be worn out or defective. They have gears in them which can fail, causing the washer to be noisy during operation. We hope this helps.
Pushed in on door strike and rotated it counterclockwise, removed broken strike and installed new strike. NOTE: when removing the old strike (turning counterclockwise) it felt like it might break and/or was attached with an screw that I didn't see but it came right out.
