My washing mechine, When you mash the start button it it sensis and then straight to done. what could it be ?
For model number MVW4505MW0
Hello Lester, thank you for contacting us. According to our research, the most probable cause of the stated issue is a faulty lid lock assembly. If the washer cannot confirm the lid is locked, it will refuse to add water or spin and will skip to the end for safety. You may need to replace the lid lock assembly, part number PS16543458, to solve the problem. We hope this sorts out your problem!

Our washer machine goes from sense to done, the lid latch light doesn't come on, where should i look first.
For model number mvw4505mw0
Hi Brandon, thank you for reaching out. We recommend checking the lid lock, part number PS16543458. It must send a "secured" signal for the machine to start. If the internal sensor or solenoid fails, the machine bypasses the cycle and goes directly to “Done,” requiring lid lock replacement to restore the electrical signal needed for the wash and spin phases. We hope this solves your problem!

Noise, grinding sounds. Wash tub stopped turning but motor and cycles kept functioning. Process of elimination, must be the clutch assembly.
Easy, just followed the repair video. Recommend also ordering the drive belt. Bought one locally during my repair.

Finally removed the back panel to get to the rods. Bingo, much easier an
