The water dispenser is dripping intermittently. Can you help me fix it?

Thank you for your question. If the water filter was recently replaced, air may be trapped in the water lines. To remove the air from the water lines, press and hold the water dispenser for 5 minutes and use a pitcher to catch the water that comes out. This should stop it from leaking. If this does not resolve the issue, we recommend checking the water inlet valve for continuity with a multimeter on the Rx1 setting to see if it is operating normally. Before removing and testing the water inlet valve, unplug the refrigerator from the electrical outlet. You should receive a reading of 200-500 ohms. If you get any other reading, you will need to replace the water inlet valve. We hope this helps!?

If the vibration and noise happens when the water is running to fill the ice maker or dispense water, this can be caused by air in the water lines, a faulty water valve, or an old clogged water filter. I backed out the 2 top screws about a quarter inch and then removed bottem screw with a quater inch nut driver. I then lifted Ice Maker clear of the two top screws and lowered it enough to unclip the power connection with a small screwdriver. I ordered the parts and they were there in less time than a service tech could come out and i installed the parts and guess what for 90.00 in parts and 15 minutes in time I repaired my refrigerator.
