Hi Lisa, thank you for contacting us. The two upper shelves for the freezer section of your model are part number PS16662123. They are sold individually. The 3rd shelf is part number PS16662124. We hope that helps!
Refrigerator door needs to be open all the way and still you have to squeeze to glass shelf in to place. It needs to go in straight and make sure the placement is correct. It may seem like it doesn't fit but it does, it is very, very tight.
Remove old shelf and basket first. Remove shelf in door, to give you more room. Carefully slide you glass shelf in. Go slow and be patient, it's very tight. I was nervous it was going to break putting it in. Must go at it straight and level. Install basket below into track, very simple. The shelf fits but extremely tight!
