Refrigerator doesn’t seem to be as cold
For model number LRDCS2603S
Hello Mark, thank you for your inquiry. If your refrigerator is not cooling as well as it used to, check a few simple things first. Ensure the door is sealed properly, the temperature setting is correct, and the condenser coils are clean. If these basic checks do not solve the problem, then you may need to check the evaporator fan motor, part number PS12383671, to solve the problem. We hope this helps!

Hi I have 3 flashes led on the back panel board what does this mean?

Hello Chris, thank you for getting in touch. The three LED flashes on the refrigerator's back panel indicates a faulty control board. You will need to replace the control board, part number PS12748693, to fix the issue. We hope this helps.

old bushing worn and broken
removed the upper freezer door to access screws to remove lower door.
laid bottom door on its side, removed bad bushing, put new bushing in, put bottom door back on refridge, put upper door back on fridge. Door worked easy as when new. good closure of door and story..Happy customer, and wife even happier.....thank you....

needed to replace broken ice maker
Take out 2 screws and unplug unit before removing. Plug-in new unit and screw in 2 screws. That's it.

Icemaker quit releasing ice from tray and water was pouring and freezing in ice storage bin
This couldn't have been easier. Two tiny screws in the front needed unscrewed, and then two plastic clips in the middle just had to be popped lose. Finally, you unplugged the power cord. Then, you just needed to reverse the process by plugging the new ice maker in, popping the clips in place, and screwing the two holes back in and turning
