just popped the old hose off and put the new one on. the part was shipped very quickly and I received it within a week even during the holidays

First the water tube arrived two days earlier than what I was expecting. I pulled the old tube off and slipped the new tube on by hand. The dishes in the top rack are now a lot cleaner than they have been for the past couple of months. In the future if I need repair parts this is where I will be coming to get them.

I removed the old tube--I had taped over the hole. I didn't quite have the hand strength to fit over the ends and push the new tube into place. So, my husband did that at both ends without a problem. I'm relying on PartSelect for when I need parts for my 13 year-old appliances.

It was simple. I simply replaced the old water tube with the new one you sent, and it works like new. Piece of cake.

I ordered the part and I received it in just 2 days. I took the old rubber water tube off, put a little soap on each end of the new tube and had it in in under 10 minutes. I am a woman in her 60's and I did this myself!

First I pulled off the tube that was hanging down and obstructing the rotation of the top spinner. Then I just reinserted the new tube. I'm a "do it your selfer" and I usually fix things by my self. But the few times that I've failed lived forever in my wife's memory. She dreaded my fooling with a machine that had outlived it's life. I promised that the job would only take about five minutes. She heard this before and resigned herself to having parts all over the kitchen floor and a full day of catastrophe. Old tube was falling off, but new one was really easy to install. Put a little soap on the inside as a lubricant. I was thrilled with this; the website was really easy to navigate. Found the part I needed in minutes & the part came very quickly. Thanks!

The tube had a huge hole in it. It was very easy to replace - I just pulled off the old one and put on the new. The cool thing was how easy it was to find the exact part I needed online in less than 5 minutes. Gotta love the internet!

I was goingto go to Home-Depot, and purchase a short piece of tubing to make the repair.
Just for the "heck" of it, I looked on-line --- and there it was. It is a large diameter thin wall tube, because water presiue is low, almost zero.
However, the replacement part was only $8,25, so I figured, what the heck, I can wait a few days and purchased the part from PartSelect.com. I lubricated the new tube with soap, to make the slip-fit go on easier and -------------- Done

Old roller wheels and axles were broken and already falling off. I simply replaced the roller axles and snapped on the new roller wheels.

Simply inserted the new rubber hose on the two fittings - a couple of minutes at most

simply pieced together the "tube"

I pulled out the old hose and pushed in the new one. Took a little muscle, but was glad that it fit. On line site very helpful with description so that it fit perfectly!

Simply popped on new axles and wheels and dishwasher works like new!
