The flame on all of the burners are too high. We set the flame to low and tried to lower the flames using a screwdriver, as per instructed. The flame will not adjust to the proper setting.

Hello Kathryne, thank you for the question. We have found that the issue is with the valve and pressure regulator, part number PS11770096. It controls the gas supply for the burners and limits the incoming gas pressure to a safe and constant level. Glad to be of assistance!

I have tried finding a surface protector for the top of my gas stove and haven't been able to find to. Will a stove guard for the top for model kfgg405kps0 work??

It protects the burner head from spills and helps spread out the burner flame for even heating. The set comes with caps for all the burners. My conversion kit for natural to propane seems to not have the right amount of orifices. Are there others to order?

Hi Kate, thank you for reaching out. The complete LP conversion kit for the surface burners is part number PS16217992, and it includes five orifices. For the oven bake and broil burners, the correct LP conversion kit is part number PS12070661. We hope this helps.

Removed oven from wall unit and took the back off. Removed the old socket assembly by depressing the ears and forcing unit into the oven. The electrical wires were easily removed since they are spade connections and slip off. They also are different sizes so that there is no chance of erroneously putting them back in an incorrect order.
