Not Heating

Removed wall oven from wall. Removed back cover. Unscrewed thermastat and removed old thermastat. Screwed in new thermastat and put back together.

I had a power serge and it burned the Plug at the termial block and melted a few wire.

After we got the part in the mail my husband put it on and shortened the wires and put new plugs on the ends of the wires and we had to get a new plug put it on and it was fixed.

When removing the warming drawer I did not read the instructions and broke the slide for the drawer. I removed the drawer without pressing the tabs which broke the right slide.

I removed the broken slide by removing 1 screw on the front slide and the back of the slide came out of the slot in the very back (no screws). I fitted the back of the slide into the slot and then replaced the screw on the front of slide. Extended the slides then I pressed the tabs on the drawer and replaced in onto the slides (left and right) . Closed drawer and finished! Very easy!

While trying to tighten the oven door handle, the outside glass shattered.

I was not able to order just the glass, so I ordered the exterior door assembly. The door assembly is held in place by 5screws. 2 on top, 3 along the bottom. A very easy project!
