No power to range or oven complete stove has no power

Hello, Thank you for your question. Here are a few things to check. Verify that the plug is firmly in the outlet. Check the circuit breaker. If it has two breakers, make sure neither one tripped. If the house has fuses instead of circuit breakers, check the fuse making sure it is not blown.We hope this helps.

Bake icon on central panel doesn’t work. Can’t turn on oven

Hello Mike, thank you for your question. We would recommend checking the bake element and safety thermostat for continuity using a multimeter. If these are good, the problem is probably related to the control panel (black), part number PS11775215. If you need the stainless panel, that would be part number PS12070379. Am I correct in the belief that i will have to pull stove away from wall and remove a panel to access the removal of the probe?

All you have to do is unplug the oven, take out the bottom pan covering the element by removing 2 screws in the back, remove the lower small cover on the back of the oven and then unplug the old element, unscrew the old element on the inside of the stove, then install the new element and put everything back like it was. Nothing to it. It worked like a charm and my oven now heats up fast again. Easiest appliance repair job ever!
