I was too weak to perform the task myself, I had to call my husband to attach the front.
My husband used a putty knife like shown on the video. But he had a little trouble also. He was afraid of breaking the plastic drawers. I wish they were made heavier (stronger). Thanks for the video.

Removal and installation of drawer fronts.
The ordering process was great and the package with the upper and lower drawers arrived on time. I watched the video and was ready to go. I loosened the front of the drawer as instructed, but I couldn't get it off. Finally I realized that the front was "glued on" by the accumulation of years of use. I sprayed it with 409 and the two separated just like they were supposed to. The rest of the process went easy -- just like the video said. When I changed the second drawer, I sprayed it fist and the process was really simple. Thanks for your service and for your instruction video.

Coils in back of frezzer freezing up,and freezer compartment not freezing
1st. replaced the defrost thermostat pn 5303918214 did not fix it next replaced the defrost timmer pn 215846602 that did not fix it,next replaced the defrost heater pn 5303918247 still did not fix it,has the same problem as when I started I don't know what to do next guess will call for a service tech to come out,or get a new refridgerator. Looks like I wasted my money on these parts. Refridgerators are not as easy to fix as yall make them out to be. I have to say all the parts were easy to install and your instructions and videos were great, they just did not fix my refrigerator Thanks Tom

Upper Storage Drawer Guiding Edges Broken
Everytime I pulled out my upper storage drawer I risked having the whole thing collapse as the rims of the drawer were broken due to old age. I ordered a part and there was a terrific "how to" installation video that showed exactly what I had to do to transfer the drawer front(still in good condition)from the broken drawer to the new one. The whole process took less that ten minutes. However, be warned: when ordering parts do not assume that the model number you first try is correct if you receive a notice that it is not available---1's and I's and zeros and O's are easily confused. I ordered the wrong-sized part the first time by using the wrong #'s/letters; replacement was quick and easy, but, naturally, I had to pay for return postage. Service from this company is great--almost next day delivery!
