Food compartment not cooling, freezer working well.
Fantastic!
Sent in a brief description of problem and model number. Reply and description of other customers experiences guided us to the exact problem.
We ordered the part on Friday and it was here on Tuesday.
I prepared the freezer compartment for the removal of the old motor and on Sunday husband installed new Evaporator Fan Motor.

It works and is cooling like it did when it was new.

This has been a great experience as all repairmen wanted at least 60.00 to just come out and determine what the problem was. I can only imagine what the final bill would have been.

This was easy and inexpensive.

Thanks for all the help.

No shelf in Freezer compartment though obvious slots provided.
Used model # of frigidaire on your web site... reviewed parts available... noticed shelves abailable... zoomed in to measure using crosshatch background... measured my freezer compartment... seemed doable... ordered shelf... receivednext day... attempted to slip in slots... had to grind off 3/16th inch on two legs... slipped in... support rail had broken lower slide
Could have done it with my eyes closed! Removed shelf and drawer, then removed broken support rail. Removed screw from broken rail and put the new, two piece rail together using that screw. Snapped rail back onto wall...returned shelf to fridge...returned drawer to fridge...returned myself to sanity! Yee Haw Easier than installing it was ORDERING IT. I was amazed by the ease of that process. Your ordering site is incredibly easy. By the way...I am a blonde and for blondes everywhere...Look at what I could do :)
