GLEF396ABC Frigidaire Range - Instructions

The on-line video made it real easy.

Found correct parts on Partselect.com, watched the instructional video, ordered the parts and installed them when they arrived. Very simple, very easy.

New ones just snapped into place it takes less than a minute

Pull stove out to get behind it,unplug temperature probe plug. Remove temp probe from oven by removing the screw holding it in place on back of oven. Cut plug off temp probe unit leaving as much lead wire as possible on plug end. Strip wires on new probe and end of plug wires(one quarter inch). Then I used two small butt connectors to join the stripped wires,one for each pair of wires. Two small wire 'nuts' may also be used as the connections are outside the oven and not exposed to the heat of the oven while it is in operation. Hope this helps the inexperienced 'do it yourselfers'--:)

Really a no brainer, but I do have to say that PartSelect customer service is excellent. My part was located and on it's way within a day and arrived a couple of days later.

Pulled out the bottom drawer of the stove. Attached the new drawer glide to the drawer. Replaced the drawer and it worked like new!

I received the part two days after I had ordered it. I was very pleased with the speed of the service and the ease with which I found the part I needed on the web site. I will use your site again if needed.

Snapped in the plastic piece after I actually ordered the right piece....wasn't paying enough attention when ordering and didn't have a book that showed the image so I could make sure....went off the image on your website......which is awesome. Easy peasy! Took all of 2 minutes to replace all four clips. Clips snap in by hand and take a little bit of force to make them seat correctly. These are a frequently-replaced item,so that makes me think they are somewhat fragile. Great prices and quick shipping from PartSelect made this so simple. The local appliance parts dealer wanted $11.00 each for the rear clips! Thanks!

Glide just slipped out and the other in.So pleased at how fast the part arrived!! Less than a week.

The plastic drawer slide that the lower stove door sits on broke. (one on each side) Remove the old one with a screwdriver and snap in the new one, took 1 minute because I replaced both of them.
Excellent fast delivery. 5 stars !

Part of one of the glides was still inside the hole so had to use a screwdriver to push it on out and simply put the new glides in both rear holes "very easily". Sure am glad I found this site on line. If anything else goes wrong, I will surely contact this site. Thanks. The speedy service was wonderful too. Got it in two days! Carol A. Lawless

remove/pry broken plastic glide from in-side of oven,( wall not drawer ) and install new one.

Took 3 panels off to get to the electric block. Replaced electrical block and put it back together. Still no change.

screwed off and screwed on, couldn't have been easier. Part came much sooner than date given, and I am very satisfied. Thankyou Joanne Konecky
