I took a small straight screw driver and popped the cap case off, removed old hinge and installed new hinge and snapped the cap back in place.. took all of 30 seconds

One of the pins holding the frame broke.
I had to remove the clear plastic from the old part and install it on the new frame. I put the plastic in first and could have easily broken a pin. There should be a recommendation to put the frame in when it can bend a little and reduce the chance of breakage again. Put the clear plastic piece back in after the frame is in. That would have been much easier.

Broken pantry flip lid cover
1.) Remove produce drawers above deli drawer. (2). Place right side pin of deli drawer cover into hole. Note that hole on right side has a raised lip so you need to insert this side first. (3). Sprayed PAM cooking spray on deli drawer near hole on left side. (4). Slide left side pin on deli cover into hole on left side. 5 minute job, quite easy. Use cooking spray to lubricate the pin so you don't have to force it into hole on left side and risk breaking it.
