GD5RHAS01 Whirlpool Refrigerator - Instructions

The refrigerator had to be pulled away from the wall far enough to permit the door to open fully, but no tools were needed and no difficulty was encountered. Removed the old drawer and discarded it. Inserted the new drawer and closed the humidifier vent. Pushed the refrigerator back in place. Job done.

Simply slid the crisper pan into the guides.

I searched Google using the part number from Whirlpool and found PartSelect immediately. They were the best price and had the item in stock. I received it w/i 2 days! I like that they use a gridded background of 1" squares in the picture of the item to demonstrate its dimensions/size.

It slid right in.

Ordered the part from PartSelect, received it in 2 days and changed out drawers. Very simple and easy.

Took out the old broken part and installed the new part. Perfect.

Part arrived about 4 days after I ordered it. It was in perfect condition and just as described in the picture. Everything was great and a real pleasurable experience.

Opened the box, took out the new crisper, washed it, removed the old crisper, transfered the veggies to the new crisper, inserted the new crisper, closed refrigerator door! Threw away the old crisper. Done!

Removed broken drawer and inserted replacement.
The first replacement door I received was itself broken. A replacement was promptly sent.

Replaced the drawer. Perfect fit..exactly! Quickly delivered and well protected.

First stop was Lowe's Home Appliances ,where the fridge was purchased ,only to be told that they did not carry spare parts, but were most helpful in providing PartSelects web site. Once this website was accessed it was easier than picking your nose to find the desired part and place an order. With PartsSelect's efficient service the required crisper drawer was in transit and delivered by Fedex within five days.....but Fedex managed to bounce the box , putting a hole in the box and breaking the corner of the crisper pan.Like a big cry-baby we were onto PartSelect immediately , who promptly rose to the occasion and shipped a replacement part the same day . This arrived two days later and when the new crisper draw was removed from the box { this time protected by bubble wrap internally } it was as quick as ..one ...two...three...to pull our broken drawer out of the fridge and slide the pristine new Humidity Control Crisper Drawer into its rightful place....my wife thanks you , PartSelect for being there.

We got the new drawer and it fit perfectly and look identical to our old drawer.

Ordered replacement crisper drawer on Friday and completely surprised when it was delivered on Saturday. Talk about fast service!

the only difference was the color of lettering on the crisper ours was blue the replacement was grey.
