disabled upper crisper bin: rim damaged
Prior replacement quotes hovered around $85 plus S/H, so I had given up on it until I found this site through BargainBabe.com. The first bin shipped was cracked; I received a full CC credit the same day I reordered. Second bin arrived in good shape. The humidity adjustment piece is a bit loose, but we don't move it around once we set it anyways. All good and quick at about half the price.

Old drawer runners broken

the crisp pan tray was cracked on the right side
replaced it with a new crisp pan and now slides
in & out easily . no tools required,just a pair of hands

I accidentally cracked the crisper drawer and needed to replace it.

Old refrigerator drawer gave up the ghost--don't know why--plastic became brittle
Parts Select Website was very easy to use, selected the correct part for me with no problem. Same drawer as Sears was selling but for much less money. Drawer came in new from the factory. Great Service, Fast Delivery. The shipper had damaged the drawer--something poked through the box and put a whole in the drawer--a small one cause by a sharp instrument of some kind. Called parts select, the problem was very simply rectified by refunding my money and then I bought a new drawer at the same time. No fuss, no muss. Fast delivery and great service.

Drawer rail broke off
No way to fix the broken drawer. Order drawer online around 2:00 PM and replacement arrived about the same time the next day. Drawer fit perfectly. Easy to use online finding part with model number and excellent customer service.

Broken Rails on Crisper Drawer
1. opened box with new drawer inside.2. washed new drawer. 3. opened fridge door 4. removed old defective drawer and threw it away. 5. Inserted new drawer 6. closed fridge door 7. opened fridge door to put veggies in new drawer. 8. closed fridge door when finished.

Crisper pan no longer held in place due to breakage of the lip.
Pulled out the old one an put the new one in. I was impressed with how easy it was to work with partselect.com, I had alway ordered through Sears before, but from now on I will be using partselct.com for ordering parts. Got the part in two days with free shipping and $20 les than Sears that did not have the part in stock.
