Clicking due to agitator dogs slipping
One bolt (after removing the fabric softener dispenser and a water tight cover you will see it). Remove the bolt and slide it straight up and then it's the reverse to put in the new one. Very simple repair and very inexpensive if you willing to do it yourself.

The most-used control knob on the face of the dryer wore out.
After entering the info on the dryer into the PartSelect site, it brought up a list of parts, and a diagram showing where all parts go on the dryer.
Clicking on the knob description brought up a photo which proved beyond a shadow of doubt that this was the correct part. At a cost of $5, who wouldn't pay for the expedited freight also? For 6 months we've kept the pliars on top of the dryer to use in place of the worn out knob. Don't lose the address to this site. Jim

Stripped knob
Once the part was located all I needed to do was pop the old part off and pop the new part on. It took less than a minute from start to finish. It also saved me an $80 service call.

The upper part of the agitator wasn't working.
I removed the bolt holding the agitator in the tub and lifted the agitator out. There seemed to be a part near the top that was not engaging. I decided to order a replacement to see if that was the problem (my local repairman had guessed the problem was in the transmission and said I should just replace the machine.) I ordered the part online and it arrived in only two days. I was very happily surprised by the speed with which I received the part. I put the new agitator in, tightened the bolt and ran a load of clothes. All worked perfectly

No Final Spin Burning Smell
Removed 2 screws at bottom of the front panel - removed front panel by sliding the panel down about 1/2 inch and then away from the appliance- v belt is removed by pushing the tensioner pulley to remove tension from the belt and turning the pulley untill the belt is removed instalation is a simple reverse of the process. I did't have a repair manual so every step was trial and error untill I was able to complete the repair.

Burning smell, lots of hi-pitched squeaking
I got online and figured out exactly how to take off the front of the washer and then how to replace the belt. It was so easy. The part itself arrived much sooner than predicted. It fit perfectly and my washing machine is now running smoothly and quietly.

CLothes weren't getting dry enough for the dryer.. also made a squeling, rubbing noise while aggitating. Had a repair man for my dishwasher..told him I thought it was the transmission.. he hand turned the aggitator and said that was the problem.. Just needed a new aggitator....whew what a relief!
I'm a 70 year old widow.. ordered the part which came in 2 days..(.very reasonably priced) My son came over and in no time had the old out and new in...works like a new machine... Thank you Part Select. A few months ago ordered a stove ignitor..it too came really fast... stove is good for another 15 years..LOL
