Evaporator was freezing up and was running non stop

I tested the components in the refrigerator defrost function. I used digital multimeter and checked for continuity. Defrost thermostat must 32 degrees or lower.

needed new refrigerator door handle

took less than 5 minutes had to undo two screws and take out old broken off part and put new handle on and put screws in

Retaining bar was broke

Snap left and right end cap onto the retaining bar then snap onto the door

broken handle

Simply removed the old screws and slipped handle off of main screw on face of refrigerator door. Removed broken plastic of handle then slid new handle over screw on face of door, rotated handle till it aligned with screw holes on top of door and put screws back in previous holes for the screws. It was a done deal.

Door Handle broke when a container came out of the freezer and hit it.

Just put the new handle on with screw driver

Door handle had too much space between the door and handles.

Use the rubber brushing to fill the gap.

Handle broke at screw hold down area

Remove the screws and pivot handle. Push handle downward and it slides off the screw head sticking out of door. To replace handle, just work in reverse. It
Didn’t take more than 3-4 minutes to do the whole job.

Fan motor in the freezer was not working. The freezer was still cool enough to keep the food froozen, but the refrigerator was not keeping the food cool and the liquids were getting warmer than normal.

Very easy process. Watch the YouTube video, it goes step by step for the repair. The part was $33, shipping was $6. Take your time and fix it yourself or pay $500 for a new refrigerator.

Evap fan motor comes on and off will not stay running

pulled back panel to get at evap fan motor cut wires to remove reinstalled hooked up wires

I ordered the parts to replace broken ones, and they arrived.

There were no directions. Everything was self-evident. It was actually impossible to screw up, although the parts did not exactly snap together immediately. A bit of juggling and a bit of careful force (you don't want to break the plastic) was needed, but I prevailed!

Refrigerator did not cycle
