FGTR2037TF3 Frigidaire Refrigerator - Instructions

I receive the part the next day eventhough I paid for 3-5 day delivery. It took lest than 10 seconds to snap into place and now it looks like new.

I removed the glass from the cover, removed the 2 crispier pans and removed and discarded the broken cover. I installed the new cover by making sure the back was flush against the back wall of the refrigerator. After that I replaced the glass and drawers and it was as good as new.

I called in because the model # of the refrigerator did not show up on the website. The cust. srvc. rep looked it up and found the part. It was reasonably priced, I received it in a matter of days and it fit perfectly. Thank you! We were preparing to put the condo on the market and broke the shelf while cleaning. It was great to have a resource for a reasonably priced replacement and quick shipment.

Our refrigerator door shelf retainer had broken on the side which basically put one shelf out of commission in our fridge. I looked up our fridge on partselect and found the correct retainer and ordered it. The part came very quickly, within just a few days. I broke the glass shelf in my refrigerator. I had trouble navigating the website, so I called the customer service line, and the lady was lovely to speak with, and ordered my part quickly! In 2 days I had the part, and it fit perfectly!

Easiest way to install was to insert the cover first then insert the glass insert being sure to tilt a little and inert under the shallow lip at the front of the cover. Not a good idea to assemble before inserting in the fridge. When cleaning the refrigerator shelves in the past I took then out of the refrigerator, cleaned them and re-installed in the method above. Just was not careful enough removing when I dropped the glass

I tied in to your web site orderd the parts the part were here in a day 1/2open cartons expecting to be broke but to my suprised they were in great shape and then fit perfectly the first time love your company.

Set new shelf in place and push down. Very easy!

Remover the meat tray.
Removed the old tray cover. Transferred the glass insert to new cover rim and repositioned the new cover. Reinserted meat tray.

Remove screws from lower hinge and carefully remove the door. In my case it was the lower bearing, flip door upside down being careful to remove anything which might fall off first. I removed the door stop and then pulled the broken bearing out with pliers. Then I pushed the new one in and reassembled it.

Very easily did the repair -- popped the new door shelf right in the place of the old one! No tools needed, no hardware, easy! The part actually measured 24 3/4 but the replacement part said "26 inches" on website & this was THE replacement part. Put this off for so long--ordered part and recd within 2 days, great!
