Dish washer starts then stops with pf indicator

Hello Chuck, Thank you for the question. The Power Failure Error code can indicate a interruption in power. You can try to reset the appliance by disconnecting power at the breaker for a few mins and restarting. You can also try to Press the "Start/Cancel" button to clear the "PF" error code. We hope this helps!

My Frigidaire dishwasher door opens lower (more than level) and I think the spring or cable may be broken? What do you think?

How many do I need?
What are the part numbers for each?
Can you determine the manufacture date of this machine?

Hello Steve, Thank you for your inquiry. We recommend checking the hinges-which come as a kit, door springs-most models require two and cable friction cables-most models require two. Based on your model and serial number, we show that this model was made in November of 2009. Good luck with your repair.
Dishwasher will not drain completely. I can press the start button and hold until the washer begins to drain manually. After a few times it will gradually drain completely. Wondered if it was the drain timer circuit on the board.
Thanks.

Hi James, thank you for reaching out. The fact that it drains completely after a few attempts suggests that the drain pump and hose are likely not clogged. The issue could be with the control board, part number PS12365809. It manages the functions of the dishwasher, such as washing, draining and drying. We hope this sorts out your problem!

I am getting the message "er" on my Frigidaire dishwasher. What does it mean? How can I fix it?

Hi Susan. This is a keypad error you can try to power-cycle the dishwasher. However if this does not work you will have to replace the keypad. Thank you for your question and good luck with your repair!
Repair was simple. I unscrewed the old grommet which held the old spray arm and screwed-on the new one. About 30 seconds was required. Other people having this problem should note that the spray-arm is made of three pieces which are inseparable when the arm is new. The arm is sold in this form. However, when your machine is having th

Remove the bottom cover plate. Disconnect the water inlet and black rubber hose. Remove 2 mounting screws. Pull out electrical connector. Reverse order. Be sure to get the brass inlet connector really tight so it won't leak. I did the final tightning after the part is mounted. Not a bad repair at all. The only problem was that it
