remove one screw attach new rail....done

Simply replaced by hand. No tools necessary

Removed shelf from frig. Removed screw of broken rail. Replaced with new rail with screw. Very easy.

Unscrewed screw from back of shelf pulled broken part out of slot it holds in and replaced with new one screwed the piece back in place.

Removed broken part and then snapped in new part

simply put the protector shelf bar on shelf !! easy

Removed old shelf & popped in the New one. Very easy ??

Removed top shelf. Removed rail screw and old rail. Install new rail and use rail screw to secure.

I (female) fixed it by just inserting the brackets. Easy as pie. I was so happy that they fit.

cleared all food items from shelf......took shelf out of refrigerator.....unscrewed one screw from broken rail.......screwed in new rail and replaced shelf and food items.......simple!

I used the youtube you provided. It was pretty straight forward, but I had to make a trip to the hardware store for a bit (hex wrench) to remove the hex bolt head style screws. I was only expecting to need phillips or flathead. I managed to remove one with a set of pliers, and the brought that example to the store for size reference when buying the bit to fit my black and decker drill. The rest was easy.

Installation was fairly straight forward. The major complaint is that the problem returned 2 weeks later. I don’t know if I care to re-invest in another switch.
Now what?

I sent the rack back to the address on the invoice and never received a refund. I was never able to get through on the phone line to speak with someone or to leave a message.
