Order parts on sat.afternoon,and got part on Tues.aand installed in less them 2 min.

Just snapped into place

It was soooo easy. I simply clicked the shelf in place! Thank you so much for all of your help. I love this website!

The knob came in the plastic package. It was the correct part. I opened the package and placed the knob on the prongs. Now it works fine.

i live in Manhattan and it is so difficult to go and find a repair store that has the things you need for the specific model number. i went online and found partselect.com they had a very nice and easy search engine and gave me all the parts that goes with my fridge i just gave them my model number. i placed my order and got it 2 days after.. the shipment fee was 6 dollar i saved the taxi money going and coming i might have had even had to go to multiple store before i can find my part.

Replacing was to slide the shelf in on their stubs. My comment about the refrigerator shelfs is they are not made to last. You open the door and one end at the opening side would break. I check to see if it was hanging up however it has plenty of room.

Snapped new one in.

well, the retainer broke off, so I waited for the new part to come, and when it came, all I had to do was put it on. putting it on took like a second. there were two hooks that the shelf hooked on, so it was really easy.

Slid it in place. Waiting patiently for lower shelf that holds vegetable bins. We have duct taped the broken one together and it is holding for now. We would like an update on expected delivery date.

just pull the old off and put the new one on the magnetic strip inside the rubber was the key it just grabbed the area real easy.

Unboxed parts and snapped into place, no tools required . Good price, quick shipment---very pleased !

I simply removed the old broken shelf and clipped in the new one. Not a major project however the company went above and beyond due to a problem with the delivery of the part. I live in an 1,800 unit condo. Packages are delivered to a kiosk for pick up. FedEx showed the package was delivered but I did not receive it. When I called PartSelect to advise of the problem, they immediately refunded me for the part I didn't receive and sent another one which I received in a few days. I found the company to be very reliable and customer friendly. I will use them again should the occasion arise.
