Part neededto be painted part on Internet looked black like the one needed but we painted.

Very easy to order from parts select. Took seconds to replace.

Referencing the info/schematics you have on your website, I unscrewed/unattached top-front panel (carefully), from behind the panel you have to detach the wires (2) from the switch, pushed "in" the switch to remove, put in new switch and attach wires to test BEFORE remounting panel. Tada!! Thank you PartSelect! You saved me at least $80...would have been at least $100 to have a repair person come to the house!

Removed ice maker from fridge. Removed motor assembly (3) screws on cover, and (2) screws inside. Removed mold (3 screws on bottom) and replaced everything in reverse order. Note: Turned ice maker off for several days while waiting for parts. The water line on this particular model will freeze inside the freezer if ice isn't made for several hours/days. You will have to defrost to begin making ice again.

With instructions from PartSelect.com this was an easy fix. I tested the motor's electric as suggested and was satisfied that the Motor Module (WPL W10190935) would correct the problem. UNPLUG THE REFRIGERATOR! I popped the outside plastic cover off to expose the unit. (1) remove the wire unit that runs the length of the cube maker (2) remove the 3 screws that secure the motor unit and carefully remove it (3) carefully line up the new unit, slide in place and replace the 3 screws (4) install the wire that was removed in step(1). Connect electric to the refrigerator and wait about 2 hours for your first ice cubes. PartSelect.com is the ONLY supplier that you will ever need! Great instructions and trouble shooting suggestions. I removed all the shelves and the back shelf hanger. Removed two screws on the back plate.Pulled it out.Removed the screws that hold the fan housing. Pulled it out so I could write down the three wires color and location.Unpluged them.Removed the old fan and installed the new one.and put everthing back together.

Took out old pieces and popped new ones in, just like that!

Removed the shelves from the freezer and the brackets holding it along with the covers for the light and plate for the ice maker (we don't have one). Pulled the ground wire from the tab off the port for the ice maker. Removed back plate exposing the fan motor and then the 4 hex screws holding on part #23 of the diagram which the fan motor is mounted to. Flipped it over, unscrewed the 2 hex screws from the fan motor mounting and removed it. Removed and replaced 3 wire connectors on new fan motor. Installed new fan motor and new grommets but used the old screws because the provided screws were larger. Pushed the new fan on to the motor shaft. Reassembled. Half hour most.

Remove bottom of freezer by sliding out the gaskets on each side.

Remove back of freezer. 6 screws.

Remove fan cover. 4 screws.

Remove fan. 3 wires to disconnect. 2 screws to take out.

Install the fan. Connect the 3 wires. Fastened with 2 screws.
Put fan cover back on. 4 screws.
Put back of freezer back on. 6 screws.
Put bottom of freezer back in. Slide gaskets in on each side.

ordered the part, pulled out the icemaker unit, removed the module, put the new module in, reinstalled the ice maker unit and let it run.

Repair went well,took about five to ten minutes to disconnect the power from the fridge removed the defective switch installed the new one ,reconnected the power,,,and Let there be light and there was light!

I measured the new handle against the door and cut it with a hack saw. I slid the new bottom end cap on the handle, unscrewed the broken one, slid the handle into the top cap and screwed the bottom to the door. Everything fit, even the new cap to cover the screw. Piece of cake.
I am really surprised and pleased that you guys had these parts. I'm checking out a pull-chain toilet and a ringer washing machines next. You may hear from me again. Thanks.

I took out the old socket by moving a clip. Reattached the electrical wires, clicked in the socket and that was it.

Simlpy removed two screws to remove the old part. replaced the new part and put the two screws in. Job finished.
