Scratches in Surface
This product comes in a bottle with a brush like Liquid Paper. It goes on incredibly easy. A second coat might be needed. I wanted to prevent rust from setting in so I covered the scratches and dings. The paint is a little brighter since my washer is 10 years old but it still looks great.

front roller wheel broke
its not that hard to replace. may need help to tilt fridge on one side so you can get to the bottom to remove wheel.Had to undo all four corner screws/bolts to loosen bottom section and slowly pull out base frame which holds the 4 wheels. this frame is also holding the compressor and fan so be careful.replace wheel and slowly put frame back to position and screw back bolts. pull back fridge to upright position. leave unplugged for a day or two to allow gas to come back to normal level as we had tilted it.plug it back and it works.
thanks

Freezer would not maintain cold temperature.
First, pulled knob off ot thermostat. Then, lowered control panel housing thermostat by unscrewing one screw. Removed old thermostat after taking off three wires. Replaced with new thermostat, secured wires, and screwed control panel to top of refrigerator. That's all it took. Challenge was finding the nut driver to loosen screw.

Broken glass shelf
While cleaning the refrigerator I had taken the bottom glass shelf out to clean it in my sink and unfortunately it broke into thousands of little pieces. After clean up the mess and my cut thumb, I went online to see about replacing it. First went to Whirlpool site, they had the broken shelf but for considerably more than I found on your site. Your website was easy to use and the part and the shipping was much more reasonable. I ordered on a Sat afternoon and the shelf, which was exactly the same as the one that had broken, was on my front porch by Tues @ 9:00 am. You never know when you make a purchase online with a company you are not familiar with, but I can say this was a great experience.
