Broken housing bracekets that held water cut off switch
We had an appliance repairman quote of $194.00 to replace the part in the next 5-7 days. However, it seemed exhorbitant so I paid him the $24.95 for the service call. The part and shipping was $18 and some change and arrived the nest afternoon FedEx. So for about 15 minutes of work I saved $150. The repair is every simple, just pop off the face plate and remove/replace switches, wiring harnesses, etc.

Ice would not dispense
Removed a couple of screws that hold the cover to the door. Took the cover off and unclipped a few wire harnesses holding the cover in place. Removed two more screws and took the control bracket out. Took everything off of the old control bracket and put it on the new control bracket. Then reassembled.

Ice Bin Auger Drum was broken.
Removed screws, Ice maker blads, and broken Auger Drum. Reverced order and replaced with new Auger Drum.

The manufacture needs to change the part from a plastic Auger Drum to a metal aluminum Auger Drum. This is the second one I had to change in 4 years.

Auger drum broken
Not so easy as others have described. I kept the parts off the auger together in my hand as I replaced the drum. Thanks to the people who mentioned the nut being left handed. Taking a picture before dis-asembly saved me. I would never have gotten it back together otherwise.

Ice maker solinoid stopped working
Researched the "Exploded" view of the part on PartSelect. Turned off the water supply to the solinoid unit and shut off the ice maker. Removed the two screws holding the solinoid into place. Remove the existing water line from the old unit (they are slip in/slip out type) and pushed the existing water line onto the new unit. Turned the water supply back on to check for leaks (none were found) and turn the ice maker back on and waited for a couple of cycles to clear the air out of the lines. The ice maker appears to be working better then before. Maybe the old solinoid was try to tell me something (could not keep up with ice demand) before it went out.

noise but no ice would be dispensed
Pulled out the ice tray, took whatever screws held the front on. The rest was pretty easy. The only thing I would say was a problem was taking off the cutters. The front spacer is threaded, and loosens by turning clockwise. Also, the shaft that runs along the side of the tray has a spring and keeper. Make sure yoiu remember how you take it apart.

Crisper drawer stop broke.
This was one of the easiest home repairs I've ever done. Unloaded the old (broken) drawer, slid it out, cleaned out the inside of the new drawer, slid it into place, reloaded it, done. Super easy.

Broken water dispenser.
I originally thought something was wrong with the circuit board. After taking a closer look I realized the plastic bracket holding the control in place had snapped off. A few screws and about 10 minutes is all it took to replace.
