Bezel locks broke and bezels fell off causing serious leakage,
Simply snapped the replacement parts (4) in place by hand and a quarter turn till they locked. Problem solved - no more leaks. Now if only some one can tell me how to un-warp my Pergo floor!

the dishwasher in the new house that i had just purchased had no basket for the silverware
first i opened the door. then i proceeded to pull the lower dishrack out of the dishwasher. I then placed the new silverware basket into the center position for the basket. After replacing the basket i pushed the rack back into the machine and closed the door.

holes in the bottom of the basket causing silverware to slip out
The greatest thing about this repair was how quickly the part came from your warehouse. I literally ordered this on Friday afternoon and it arrived Saturday - less than 24 hours! The basket comes without the handle, so I had to pry the handle out of the old basket and snap it in place, but that was simple and viola! a brand new basket! Thank you!

Silver ware basket was broken
No repair, just replacement. The basket did not come with the handle, so I pulled the one off of the old one and broke a tab in the process. It would have been easier if the handle was shipped with the basket.

Replace broken silverware basket
The only tricky part was taking the carrying handle off the broken basket and installing it on the new basket. The handle has three alternating hooks (two on one side and one on the other) that snap into slots in the center partition of the basket. I used three butter knives to push out the hooks from the slots so that I could remove the carrying handle. Once removed, the carrying handle snapped into place on the new basket fairly easily.
