The drum belt was making a squealing noise, and it looked frayed.
Had to remove the front of the dryer but installation was quick and easy. An affordable and quick repair.

Dryer drum would not turn.
The first part was the most difficult-opening the front of the dryer cabinet! Once open, the new belt was installed and then the new idler pulley was put in-place. The cabinet was closed-job done.

Drum didn't turn
Removed small panel from back of Dryer, and removed Idler Pulley Assembly. From the front, lifted the top of Dryer to get access to the drum, disconnected the two wires for the Stop switch, removed the four screws, two on each side, and lowered down the front panel. Now,removed old belt and installed new, installed new Idler Pulley Assembly, aligned belt with Pulley.Reassembled the front and the top of the Dryer and I was done. The pulley was squeaking, but a shot of DW40 took care the problem.

Catch broke
My son kept slamming the door wrong and eventually the catch broke and two and feel out. My husband is the handy man of the family, but has been so busy that I was just duck tapping the door close. Finally, I decided to see if I could look up the part. Found it on here, ordered it, and replaced it all myself! Proud mother right here! Very easy. Works great.

Dryer making lots of noise
Remove small back plate near floor with 1/4 inch nutdriver unscrewing two screws. Lay the small plate to the side. Remove dryer belt from around pulleys by pulling up on the old idle arm near main spring. This will loosen tension of the belt. Belt just needs to be removed from only around the two pulleys. Detached spring from old idle assembly. The old assembly will just lift out. Reassemble in reverse order with new assembly from Parts Select. Takes less than 5 minutes. Extremely easy!

Dryer door would not stay shut.
The other door latch broke and fell out. I simply pushed the New Door Latch in the hole, and it snapped into place.

latch assembly popped out partially on door and when it shut it broke the catch on the dryer.
Popped in new catch and used needle nose pliers to squeeze old latch flat and remove from door. New one just popped into place.

Plastic Catch broke and door wouldn't close
Another parts website, instructed taking apart the dryer top and front and electrical connections etc. I thought I'd have to buy a new dryer!. Then I found your website, and I was laughing so hard, because your instructions were so simple and logical and took me under a minute to do the "repair". I used a plastic ice scraper instead of a metal putty knife (so as not to scratch the finish) to pry out the broken part. Then using my fingers on one hand I pushed in the new part. I closed the door to make sure the dryer started. It did. The end. Also I was told it would be a couple days till I received the ordered part. It was here in less than 24 hrs. Thank you for your excellent help.
