The oven control know wore out.
I purchased a knob that I was hoping might fit properly.
Unfortunately I did not find anything that matched the knob we had originally. We use the knob that I purchased to turn the oven on and off, but the shaft channel is much longer than the shaft on the stove, so the knob sits high above the other knobs. I wish that I could find a knob to accommodate the
shaft on the stove. I have considered purchasing an addition kinob and trying to saw off part of the shaft if the plastic can be shortened without shattering.

The oven bottom was warped and could not be positioned properly in the oven.
Removing the old oven bottom was easy...as it was already outside of its slots. Installing the new one was pretty easy. I placed the oven bottom in the front slots first...then the rear slots...no tools necessary.
